Chicago Chapter! Our Winter Formal is our end-of-season tradition for our local Chapters to gather, enjoy delicious food, and celebrate our members' accomplishments.
The dress code for the Winter Formals are always semi-formal (sport coat and tie for the gentlemen, dresses, separates, or a pantsuit for the ladies).
We would also ask competition winners in the past year to bring all trophies, medals, and other hardware to show off. This helps celebrate your achievement and also shows other members what the competitions are all about!
For this event, your significant others and partners are welcome.
In addition to great food and company, we will also talk more about what's to come this year.

About our Chefs- David & Anna Posey
David Posey, owner and executive chef is a recipient of a Michelin Star for Blackbird Restaurant, has been featured in Zagat 30 under 30, and is a Chicago James Beard Award Finalist in Rising Star Chef.
Anna Posey owner and executive pastry chef has been nominated as Food and Wine People’s Best New Pastry Chef, voted TimeOut Chicago's Best New Pastry Chef, and received the Jean Banchet Award Pastry Chef of the Year.
This culinary duo's creative and impeccable skill will be reflected in the delicious meal they create for us for this special event from their A La Carte menu at Elske.
